Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Uncharted Run Coaching, I want every client to feel confident in their purchase. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled across all programs and services.

Once-off Programs (Couch to 5K, 10K Plan)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or begun the training program.

Once the program has been accessed or training has commenced, refunds are not available. If you experience a genuine medical issue or emergency preventing you from participating, please contact me directly and I will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Coaching (1:1 Coaching, Online Coaching)

Monthly coaching subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you will not be charged again after cancellation, but no refund will be issued for the current month already paid.

To cancel your subscription, please contact me directly via email or WhatsApp and I will process the cancellation promptly.

Race Support Coaching

Race support bookings cancelled 14 or more days before the race date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the race are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and logistics will already be underway. In the event of race cancellation by the event organiser, a full refund will be issued.

Race Film Add-on

Race film bookings cancelled 14 or more days before the race date are eligible for a full refund. No refund is available within 14 days of the race. If the final video is not delivered within 14 days of the race, a full refund will be issued.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your coaching experience, please contact me directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback. I am committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact me with your name, the program purchased, and the reason for your request. I will respond within 2 business days.
